For the first time in decades, all Health & Human Services divisions are housed at one location, the new City Hall Annex at One Jackson Square to create greater ease for residents in need of support.

The Jersey City Department of Health & Human Services received an EPA grant and partnered with Sustainable JC to monitor air quality in Jersey City. The grant included:

  • Public education to empower residents about environmental issues
  • Give residents tools to make healthy choices for their communities and themselves.
