Jersey City Snow Removal Information:

JFK Blvd has been identified for additional snow removal from Thursday, February 5th, 4 PM to Friday 6th, 8 AM on JFK from Communipaw Ave., to Highway Rt. 139

Feeder streets will be blocked from Westside and Bergen as they move.

Emergency Street Closure:

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2026:
Greene Street is shut down at Bay Street and has been designated a potential collapse zone.

All southbound traffic is being rerouted onto Bay Street. The closure will remain in effect until the contractor fully secures the building.

The Office of Emergency Management is on scene and will conduct an aerial drone assessment to further assess the building's structural integrity.
